If your team is hosting or attending a tournament you will need to make an online request to Hockey Alberta. When you click the link Travel Permits, you will need the password from your Director to access this website and make the request for either:
"Hosting Requests" under the "Clinics" menu
or
"Sanction Requests" under the "Tournaments" menu
Please link to the Travel Permit to fill out a travel permit request with Hockey Alberta.

It is important that the following is performed on the computer accessing the site or you will not be able to log on.
At the top of the screen click on “Tools” select “Internet Options” in the drop down box, click on the “Privacy” tab and here adjust to “accept all cookies” and click “OK”
This must be done on any computer trying to access the site or they will not get in.
After filling out your on-line request, please e-mail
Risk Management with the details of your request.
ALL APPROVED travel permits will be emailed to
Risk Management and they will e-mail the contact that the permit request has been approved.

(EXCEPT FOR LEAGUE PLAY)
**NO PERMIT MEANS YOUR TEAM IS NOT INSURED
TOURNAMENT SANCTION PERMITS
** NO PERMIT MEANS THE TEAMS AT YOUR TOURNAMENT ARE NOT INSURED
**VALIDATED PERMIT MUST BE POSTED IN THE ARENA DURING THE TOURNAMENT
** IF YOU WANT YOUR TOURNAMENT ADVERTISED ON HOCKEY ALBERTA SITE YOU CAN REQUEST THAT ON THE PERMIT APPLICATION
** ALL GAMESHEETS FOR THE TOURNAMENT MUST BE SUBMITTED TO MURRAY WITH HOCKEY ALBERTA WITHIN 48 HOURS OF THE TOURNAMENT END UNLESS THERE IS A SUSPENDIBLE OFFENCE IN WHICH CASE THE GAMESHEET MUST BE FAXED TO SHERRY WITH HOCKEY ALBERTA IMMEDIATELY.

**THE HOME TEAM IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SUBMITTING THE GAMESHEET EXCEPT DURING PROVINCIALS WHERE THE WINNING TEAM MUST SUBMIT THE GAMESHEET
**A SUSPENDED PLAYER CANNOT PLAY, REF, MINOR OFFICIATE, OFF-ICE OFFICIATE OR BE ON THE BENCH OF ANY TEAM. HOWEVER THE PLAYER MAY PRACTICE WHILE SUSPENDED
