Criminal Record Checks are required every 2 years for all Team Staff, including Team Managers and Team Treasurers.
Please fill out your letter for your Criminal Record Check (CRC) and have it processed at the RCMP Office
Criminal Record Check Letter 2023-2024
The CRC will be processed and returned while you wait at the RCMP office. You will need two pieces of ID, one must be a photo ID.
Please have all forms back to the Risk Management director by November 15th. Please have your team manager collect all the forms for your team and submit them as a team package. Drop-off dates will be arranged once the season begins and team staff are in place.
