Permits

Permits are required for ALL Tournaments/Festivals/Jamborees teams are attending outside of the City of Leduc as well as if you are HOSTING an exhibition game in Leduc or surrounding communities. 

As of 2023-24 Season, Travel permits are no longer required for exhibition games UNLESS you are travelling outside of the province of Alberta.

All LMHA teams (male and female) must have a travel permit if they are playing in a tournament/festival/jamboree outside of the City of Leduc.

All LMHA teams (male and female) must have a permit to HOST an exhibition game or tournament (home team/tournament organizer).

All travel permit requests need a minimum of 5 days notice before travel. If the request is less than 5 days notice you may not receive your permit.

You do NOT have to apply for a permit for League Games.

Your completed form will be sent to the Risk Management Coordinator who will submit your permit request on your behalf. ALL APPROVED permits will be emailed to the Risk Management Coordinator to be forwarded to the contact given on the request form submitted.
