Travel permits are required for Tournaments, Jamborees, Festivals in Alberta and out of Province.
Also required for Out of Province Exhibition Games that you want to attend.
Travel permits are NOT required for Exhibition Games you wish to attend IN Alberta.
IF THIS FORM IS COMPLETED INCORRECTLY - YOU CAN BE DENIED YOUR PERMIT.
Once your Travel Permit has been approved, you will be contacted with your Permit number that must be written on the score sheet.
You MUST submit your scoresheet after completion to our zone rep: Daryl Pickering disciplinecentral1@hockeyalberta.ca
