WARBURG ARENA PROTOCOL

Warburg Arena users

-Health Check-

All guests must complete the health check pre-screening prior to accessing the arena.

-For safe entry/exit of the arena, users must enter and exit using designated entrances and exits which are displayed on the doors.

-Entries are through the west player’s entrance doors -Exit for APECS, Sinopec and room 3 are the North doors

-Exit for Room 4, Village of Warburg and County of Leduc are South doors

-2m physical distancing is encouraged

-Users are recommended to wear a mask in all common areas while not participating on the ice.

-Please refrain from yelling or cheering. Support participants through clapping.

-Parent/sibling/spectators must use the “Officials” entrance to the bleachers and lobby upon entering.

-To exit from the bleachers and upstairs lobby, use west doors on either end of the ice surface to get to your exit door.

DRESSING ROOM/CHANGE ROOM AREA - Access to assigned dressing room will be limited to 30 minutes prior and 30 minutes after.

-Dressing rooms are available for dressing purposes, however, as per AHS, to the extent possible; players are encouraged to arrive at the facility dressed in their gear, ready to play.

-It is recommended that all groups/teams disinfect areas they have used (benches, doors, ect)

-Showers are available for use. Cleaner is located in the shower for users to disinfect the shower before and after use.

-Parents/siblings/spectators are NOT PERMITTED in the dressing room hallway, or dressing rooms. Please use the “Officials” door upon entry to access the bleachers and upstairs lobby
